When the money drys up expect to see a number of these incidents. ICOs tired of keeping up the charade finally "finish" development & end their roadmap. CEO says bye-bye after carefully selling off the remaining coins in advance. The project effectively dies and the price plummets, but the names associated with it aren't tarnished because they did not outright steal anyone's money.That's how it will end and these scams know it.
