I have a ledger which has my non stablecoin holdings on it.Currently my USDT/TUSD are on an exchange. I'd like to move them to my ledger but I'm not very techy. I know there is a way to do so with MetaMask, is this trusted?They're on a reputable exchange but I'd rather not take any unnecessary risks.What's the best way to do this?
