I have had two problems with my WIREX crypto card.Firstly they lost my FIAT deposit. I send money to my wirex card and the money just straight up disappeared. It shows on my transaction history that it went in but the balance isn't showing. I contacted them a week ago to let them know. They said the error was on their part and they would contact the correct department. Still not got the money back an entire week later.Secondly their hot wallet is almost always empty so your purchases fail and you need to open a ticket to remind them to refill the hot wallet.As well as charging trading fees they also charge monthly to have an account open.Absolute crap experience, don't use them.
