I got into crypto on 11th of January 2018 when I bought my first few ETH for 1,710 aud each. The next week my new addiction was born as I spent endless days watching candles, research etc ending up with a 12k portfolio of about 8 coins. ETH, NEO, VEN to name a few.Throughout the first 8 months of 2018 specifically I did a lot of buying and selling - oh lord the shitcoins. Crypro actually consumed me so at about November of 2018 when things had well and truely hit the fan, I made a conscious effort just to HODL and forget about it....Fast forward exactly 2 years to the day and I finally jumped back into my portfolio to see where things are at...Spoiler alert: things were not good.My initial investment of 12,000 is now worth 1,400, however the biggest win for me is the fact I stopped obsessing over charts and just let it be...Who knows maybe when I check back next year things will look better.... for what it’s worth I traded all my shit coins and now my portfolio is literally BTC and ETHHODL!
