What are your favorite ways/platforms to earn interest on crypto?

I'm new to the space. I have a little of btc and eth. I have heard about staking in ledger and lending etc and I would love to heard people opinion before diving deeper.What's your favorite platform? Is there any custodial risk? Thank you
