The other week I plugged my ledger in for the first time in ages and noticed I needed an upgrade. I went to upgrade it but my ledger screen got stuck with a notification saying MCU software outdated which means I can’t press any of the buttons anymore or work my way through setting up the new ledger desktop wallets. I contacted support and they tried to help me through it but after I told them nothing was working and sent them photos they stopped responding. This was almost 2 weeks ago. They used to respond quickly but now they’ve gone silent even after I’ve tried to send follow up emails. At the start I was sure it was only a small problem but now I’m starting to worry. I have over 5 bitcoin and 20 ethereum on there and if it’s gone then I’m screwed.
