Does anyone know of any apps that allow you to track portfolio of a large number of coins by simply entering their public addresses?

Looking for an app, ideally for iOS/iPhone where I can enter the public address for a cryptocurrency and be able to see all balances associated to that address, would also like it to support as many coins/tokens as possible.Is there anything out there like this that already exists?
