Coinbase Support is Garbage

About a week ago I had .26ish btc stolen out of my Exodus wallet. The hackers/software attempted to access my coinbase and were unsuccessful. I contacted coinbase to try to find out the IP address of the responsible party. After doing that, I changed my password, 2fa, and permissions. They took a full week to get back to me, whatever, but when they did they locked my account. I have been emailing them for 3 days trying to unlock my account (to make purchases) and they have been unresponsive.I understand that crypto is going through a rapid growth phase and that they have limited staff, but jesus christ! How do I get in touch with them other than the kafkaesque email sent to the nether?
