Hello to all again! For those who may have forgotten or somehow missed any of my past posts, I’m the sole person facing Binance after they blocked my 1,200 BTC account and never really told me why. Then when I tried to learn why, they changed their answer three times and now whenever I try and communicate with them, they don’t give me any kind of thorough answer.Well it’s been many weeks, and there still really hasn’t been any movement in the unblocking of my account. I still have my lawyer working on it but Binance proves time and time again that it really doesn’t care about me or helping me get my account unblocked. They’re answer is always the same, like it’s a prewritten answer that they send to everyone. When I first started this whole process, I really was hopeful that they would unblock my account but with every passing week I just lose more and more faith. I honestly expected just a little bit more from Binance because I know plenty of people who have had good experiences with this big exchange, but they’re replies to me continually let me down.I guess my biggest point of contention is that I’m not asking for much. I don’t need them to answer at my beck and call, I’m just asking for a proper response and assistance. What I want is for them to provide me with a decent response and some cooperation that would help me better understand the situation and how to move forward but they just ignore me. And the problem with this is that I’m not the only one they have done this to, and if they do it to me, it can happen to anyone. With an exchange as big and popular as Binance, one might think that this has happened before and that they have a protocol in place.This is why I keep writing, I would just like to have a normal dialogue with them about what is happening and I’d like some clarity. I also want to keep all of you updated and aware because this could obviously happen to anyone, but now you have a greater idea of what would happen (or wouldn’t, for that matter). I appreciate everyone’s support through my fight, and hopefully I get some clarity soon.
