Bitcoinpaperwallet.com - scam or not? 4 BTC stolen.

I used Bitcoinpaperwallet.com a lot in the past to make paper wallets or rather, I used it to get access to the HTML file to generate the paper wallets offline. Never had and issues, until now. Last year I proposed to my wife by giving her an origami ring with a BIP-38 encrypted paper wallet key inside. The wallet contained 4 BTC - probably the world's most valuable origami ring. Now, over 1 year later, we just checked to see if the coins are still there and to our horror they are not! The public wallet address is 17vDMhe1Ym9XQMyaa6ahW4fvU5ibVCniBi and it looks like the coins were spent just 4 days after I loaded them. That was even before I gave her the ring so bitcoinpaperwallet.com must be the thief here. I cannot see how else the coins are magically spent?I have other crypto holdings intact and my computer is secure so I am doubting any malware or hack on my side. What I can't remember is if I loaded the HTML generator offline or if I used it online at Bitcoinpaperwallet.com. It's quite probable I got sloppy and used it online.I see other websites still recommending Bitcoinpaperwallet.com and can only find one or two reports of a scam on the forums. Does anyone here have any concrete information on this service? It certainly seems like they have stolen my wife's engagement gift. I really hate thieves...Origami engagement ringBIP-38 key
