Like the title says, major Canadian banks seem to have halted the purchase of crypto. I purchase crypto every month for years now. Come December and my purchases are declined on coinbase and ledger live through coinify. Debt and credit. No explantion given. Just, "ohh is that a virtual currency site. Yeah we don't allow that and gambling sites." Cool, but you'll let me invest in the rigged stock market.This is absolutely ridiculous. It shows how scared shitless they are and how out of date and obsolete the banking system is.
