Coinbase Pro charges more fees if you use their app instead of website?

I noticed on Coinbase Pro app, it seems the fees are twice the cost for the same order on the website? What am I missing?I have set a SELL LIMIT order for a coin and fees are $29.20 on the Coinbase Pro app. But if I go to the website, the same order, fees are $14.60.Am I missing something on the app that makes it double the cost?
