Since the community forked away from Steem and started the Hive blockchain, all witnesses on Steem are controlled and elected by Justin Sun.You can check the witnesses (block producers) here: https://ift.tt/2WCoDHZ people running 22.5 are Justin Sun's sock puppets.On the Steemit frontend, Justin already started hiding posts that speak critically about him. He also blocked a list of 10 accounts completely, of which 9 accounts are ex-witnesses. Additionally to that he started downvoting critical posts with 20% of the whole coin supply (Not the staked supply, but the total coin supply).
