Navy SEAL Navigates the Crypto Map (you won't believe where we're going)

I don’t think people are ready for this; in fact, at first I was explicitly instructed by him not to share this.Serving in the US Navy I made a lot of close friends. One of my closest friends to this day is a former Navy SEAL who lives in Seattle, WA. I didn’t operate in that community but I did interact with SEALs from time to time and enough to know that these guys are razor sharp and there is a reason they are often referred to as the tip of the spear. SEALs are by nature out of the box thinkers; most of them carry Bachelors degrees and many of them Masters. They train hard so they can fight easy; in my opinion they are the ultimate silent professionals. My friend decided to focus his sights on cryptocurrencies a couple years ago. He doesn’t talk much about the level of his success, but to say that his performance in crypto has been remarkable would be an understatement.Last week I asked him if he would show me what he sees in crypto right now – where are we today? This is exactly what he said (and I know he will be reading this): For you M, and for the first time, I will tip my hand. The next day he made a very short video for me. He told me this is his first time making a video, and he had to use a bungee cord to secure his phone to a barstool to shoot it. We both laughed. Adapt and improvise right? Go figure. But before he would send it to me he made me agree to 1 condition: You will not share this with anyone. And I agreed. We had several follow up discussions and today he is allowing me – with his permission – to share this for the very first time.Notice how he uses his navigation tactics to orient the map. Have you ever seen anybody do this in such a fashion? Talk about attention to detail! I understand why he originally asked me not to share it, because the public probably isn’t ready for this, with all the skepticism surrounding the crypto they just won’t believe it.Finally, let me tell you: It wasn’t until I watched his video the second time that I finally saw what he has identified. See for yourself. Watch it once, and you’ll think you saw it…then watch it again. Did you catch it?mapping the crypto economyV/R,-M.Note 1: I asked why he used BTC vs. Total Market Cap. He told me you could certainly do that but there is a near perfect +1.0 correlation between BTC price and Crypto Market Cap such that the charts appears identical for both and he charts BTC anyways so he saw no reason not to.Note 2: When I asked why not take the BTC chart back to the beginning of time he told me you can if you want to but (1 he doesn’t consider <$1bln market cap as statistically significant sample size or worth paying attention to and (2 it would just look like a long almost flat “tail” to the left on Log scale.
