Hi /r/cryptocurrency,Those who us who have been in the space for the past year have seen some increasingly troubling trends among the current cryptocurrency exchanges. These include, but are not limited to:Multi-million dollar listing fees to get your token listed on an exchange like Binance (for reference of how absurd this is - it costs approx. $225k to be listed on the NASDAQ)Lack of due diligence on listed projects by the exchange. They are willing to list any coin, project, or outright scam that pays the 'bribe'.Unresponsive customer support. User funds being lost/frozen with no explanation.Exit scams - exchanges like Octaex disappearing with all of their users' coins. Most of these shady exchanges have anonymous devs/teams, so you have no idea who is running away with your funds.Hacks. Millions upon millions being lost due to poor security practices by the exchange.Lack of support for potential users of utility tokens.Introducing a gem I came across - KastleKastle is a next-gen cryptocurrency exchange with a focus on utility tokens. Now, that sounds really nice, but let's dive into WHY Kastle is 'different'.Imagine an exchange that gives you a transparent view on it's due diligence process for listing utility tokens. In addition to that, imagine that exchange charges a reasonable listing fee, and also provides an ecosystem where utility token projects can actually, you know, provide said utility. To top it off, they have a non-anonymous team with a solid track record in building fintech software. Sounds pretty good to me.To me, Kastle is something that seems necessary in our current cryptocurrency ecosystem. A solid, user-friendly, transparent exchange that has a focus on utility token projects/adoption. I had received a couple of messages after sharing my ICO due diligence on the Dragonchain and Storm projects, so I figured I would share this one for the upcoming Kastle ICO (July 15th).I hope this reached a few people who are also frustrated with the current cryptocurrency exchanges and their methods - linked some more info below for those who care to follow up. I'm always happy to support projects that I believe are legitimate and have a good use case for the future. As always, DYOR and GLHF! :)Kastle WebsiteKastle Explainer VideoKastle BitcoinTalk Thread
