Can someone explain the differences between Bitcoin and XRP?

What are the key differences between Bitcoin and XRP? eg: Bitcoin has less circulating supply and is more secure but XRP is much faster to transfer and uses less energy (if those statements are both correct?) *Is XRP now truly decentralized? I see lots of posts about XRP moving to a decentralized node system. Does this make is truly 'decentralized' vs bitcoin? My question arises because I see a lot of XRP shills saying that XRP should replace bitcoin because of it's speed and scalability and 'readyness' for mass use and adoption over bitcoin as the 'king' of cryptos.Would love some honest thoughts on both instruments but don't want a flame war.Just can't seem to find a solid comparison chart or article- the ones that I have found are from early 2018 or late 2017 and XRP has made some network changes since then. Disclaimer: I am BTC biased but the discussion interests me. My biggest concerns with XRP personally: 1) banking world controlling a cryptocurrency that replaces Bitcoin scares me. 2) circulating supply is too high and network is not as secure. That's about as far as my knowledge goes unfortunately. Thanks guys.
