I thought it would be nice to share how i do Technical analysis, and whats to come based on this analysationFirst of what is Technical analysis?Technical analysis is the study of statistical trends, collected from historical price and volume data, to identify opportunities for trade. Technical analysts observe patterns of price movements, trading signal and other analytical tools to evaluate the strength and weakness of an asset.Resistance and supportMovements are not linear, the price will face resistance as it goes up or support as it goes down.Resistance: A level where an uptrend can be expected to pause or rebound that indicates a concentration of sellers.Support: A level where a downtrend can be expected to pause or rebound due to a concentration of buyers.https://ift.tt/2MWaPFQ are we now?Now on the current charts, i zoom out to see what is the movement of BTC and where it could lead. If i look at the movement of the last 90 days, you can see the resistance and support zones quite good. In general we have a upwards trend thats been going on for the last 90 days.https://ift.tt/30rgdnm lines indicate the direction that the cryptocurrency moves, but they require some analysis to determine. That is particularly true given the volatile nature of cryptocurrency. If you want to do this for yourself you start by placing the trend line right on the candlestick’s lowest price. From there, you roughly extend the line so that it touches the next candlestick’s lowest point. Take care that you get the exact lows for both, so make any necessary adjustments. From there, you should be able to extend the line automatically. Here is the final stage of my technical analysishttps://ift.tt/3cg3VUm this you can see that its almost ready to explode and go even further up. There is no doubt that this will penetrate the sell walls and go straight for its new target. There will be a up and down motion but it will push hard to keep the upward trend going. Not financial advice tho. With that i wanna say i had absolutely no idea what i was doing and sorry for wasting your time.
