[Nano Foundation] v21.3 patch service release will go live today

Nano Foundation's COO George Coxon announced in discord -Here’s an update on where we are with the v21.3 patch service release:Removed peer banning as this slowed syncing down to incorrectly banning good nodes256GB LMDB since the ledger is almost 50% of the current 128GB limit, this gives it more headroomFrontier age in frontier requests, this will make frontier requests only accounts with recent activity which will make those requests consume far less bandwidth. This is done a percentage of the time so it will occasionally request everythingRebroadcast blocks only if there is an election open.
