CER by Hacken, the ones that have done the investigations about wash trading in Bithumb, Coinbit, ZB, Bitforex, etc has started a cooperation with Etherscan. This is a huge step towards accurate ranking of exchanges based on their balances, not trading volume. Etherscan will help determine and validate the $ETH wallets of exchangesThis will probably help a lot to try to avoid or at least catch hacks like the one in Cryptopia, or exit scams like QuadrigaCX.
