Would like to bring some visibility to this; Menapay... another questionable ICO (?), at least going so far to run a bounty campaign and refuse to pay out for the work. Great way to kill your reputation and destroy trust in your community before even getting started. The final word from the team on only paying 3% of bounty submissions was that "this is company policy, we don't send tokens to dead people" - here's the full report:https://ift.tt/2uymZb0
