I had quite a bit of ETH that was entirely erased with no response from customer service.I transferred in some Altcoins, sold them for ETH, and when I went to withdraw, they rejected the request, then wiped my balance to ZERO!Obviously I'm distraught and would appreciate any insight or help. Do you use this exchange? Have you withdrawn? Does anyone have a contact?Thanks so much for your help and time checking out my post.
