I just got of a call with them, they don't allow you to withdraw cryptocurrency you exchanged there because according to them exchanging is not the same as buying and selling.I decided to ask if they had Bitcoins in a wallet somewhere or if the Bitcoins you "exchanged" on Skrill are just fake coins and the manager replied that they do not have Bitcoins in a wallet somewhere.
