The boom periods can't return fast, for a simple reason. Average retail buyer is well aware of the recent fall. It takes months of confidence building, and then the hysteria starts afresh.That's why sideways for more months. The faucet of new money won't inflow into Crypto until old memories are extinguished. This is literally a neurological phenomena. But, signs are there that it will happen again. The advertising that is being conducted now by exchanges to Joe Public will not have a fast response, people take months to reach investment decisions, but think of it as planting FOMO. I don't want to sound cynical, but this is what happens and caused all those bubbles before.
