Is there any way to avoid the 0.0004 BTC withdrawal fee at Binance. I'm thinking of withdrawing using a coin that has low fees, send it to another exchange, convert it back to btc and withdraw it. But i'm yet to find an exchange that has significantly lower fees than Binance.
