Hello. I have a cold stored BTC wallet. Now im thinking of moving it to an exchange to sell. But im facing with 13$ fee for $80 of BTC which is ridiculous, as it has always been. As far as i know i cant get it out of my wallet without paying some kind of fee. Am i right? Is there any way of doing it any more cheaply online?
