Old account, used before without a problem. Didnt use it quite often though. Never had problems. Never had need to verify anything. Yesterday I deposited 1 BTC (so well below KYC limit requirement) to the account and bought BZRX. Wanted to withdraw it to ethereum wallet so I can stake BZRX and that is when problem starts.They asked me for documents and selfie. I provided both.They asked me to do facial recognition, via their app and I did that as well.On attempt to withdraw my funds to ethereum wallet, suddenly there was "waiting for aprooval" message I thought - what the hell but OK. Guess what - approval DENIED because of risk management (???)Their live support was useless, he doesnt know anything and he switched me to ticket. I know I will be waiting for ticket to be resolved for days / weeks / if it ever becomes resolved. I heard stories of Binance refusing to pay out customers for no particular reason and they couldnt help themselves since nobody even know where is Binance located. I personally know a guy who didnt get money from Binance for over 6 months now, they are not even answering his emails any more. And yes, I was that stupid to deposit money there.What do I do now?
