Crypto is great and all, but outside of investment, it has no real mass adoption in first world countries that use the bigger currencies

Let's be honest here, i love crypto as much as the next guy but to everyone who keeps saying that crypto will destroy the dollar, ha!I mean, cmon, even saying that doesnt make any sense. Of course bitcoin and crypto will have its place but overtaking the dollar and completely ruining it? I really doubt that.If bitcoin is used, it will be used outside of first world countries and not in major countries as its main source of currency, it just doesnt make sense.I have a solid amount of money invested in crypto and stocks related/connected to the blockchain, but i just dont see crypto ever replacing the dollar or any major source of currency in our time or even our childrens or nieces and nephews time. Maybe 1000 years from now when bitcoin hits a billion dollars. But apart from bitcoin being just another way of paying, i really dont think well see it replace the dollar in the next 100 years
