Since Coinbase imposed a 5-day deposit limit which prevents you from sending fiat to Coinbase then transferring to Pro for a free exchange to Binance or wherever, I've found a way that's 95% as good.First step, open a Revolut account. I won't spend the time singing its praises, but Revolut really is decent, especially used abroad, the app is awesome, you get a card delivered within a week, really good stuff. This is free to sign up to.So first thing you do is link your bank account to Revolut so you can withdraw money to your Revolut account, alternatively you can use Apple or Android Pay to instantly deposit to Revolut from your debit card.Next step is go to Exchange and swap it for Euros, this is free and you get 0.001 less per Euro than the Interbank exchange rate. So if you transferred £100 you'd probably end up with something like £99.99 in Euros.This can now be sent to Coinbase Pro using the SEPA transfer, which is somewhat fast and free. To do this, press "Payments" in Revolut and select "Bank Transfer" - because you have Euros, it will ask for the SEPA details which you get from Coinbase Pro. After this transfer is initiated, it takes roughly 2-3 hours to execute.After that, swap the EUR for BTC, ETH, XRP or whatever and you get charged something like a €0.15 fee.So all in all it costs <£0.15 to send and a few hours, compared to it taking upwards of 5 days since Coinbase changed their policy.
