So binance added Turkish Lira (TRY) and the Ruble (RUB) to their exchange

https://ift.tt/2ER2Emq sure if people noticed this or knew about this in advanced but Binance has added the Turkish Lira (TRY) and the Russian Rubble (RUB) on their exchange. Weird they did this on Christmas day.​So did some digging around:https://ift.tt/2PYO6rA seems advcash concept is pretty cool BUT...its still 'coming soon' for the public. How can the wallets then be used to deposit Russian Ruble? Do people know more about this?What is Advanced Cash too? How/why are they facilitating this payment with Binance? The concept seems pretty cool (a universal wallet, connecting all fiat worldwide with/through crypto), but at the same time it can be abused easily (i.o.w. scammers, unloading money).
