Ticket ID 460513I deposited BTC into HitBTC last weekend to trade coins that were unavailable on popular exchanges. Today I tried to withdraw my own BTC and I can't. I get an error saying "withdrawals have been disabled on your account". What is this even supposed to mean? Please help. I just did the KYC a few minutes ago hoping that would help. How can I get my money back? This is ridiculous. Please help.
