Hey there!New to crypto here. Last night I read the news about xlm and Ukraine as well as the occ rules for stablecoins and Stellar's role in that as well. I figured, "that seems like a good idea to buy in while it's still relatively low. What the hell, I'll throw in a little."And now it's going crazy. So crazy in fact that I'm waiting for ground to fall out from beneath my feet. What's the best strategy for deciding when to bail?
